Working by hand without relying on mass-production equipment, Manaka-san creates knives through traditional techniques, including forge welding and heat treatment.

Each knife is carefully forged in Japan, reflecting years of experience, dedication, and a deep understanding of steel and blade making.

Each handmade knife has its own character, with natural variations in finish, hammer marks, and details that reflect the beauty of traditional Japanese knife making.
