GINGAMI NO3 / GINSAN (Stainless Steel)

Gingami No.3  (Silver Paper No3, Ginsan) is a stainless steel developed by Hitachi Special Stainless Steel. It is a very fine and pure steel for making knives. It has excellent hardness, durability and Rust/ corrosion resistance. Gingami No.3 gets a very sharp edge and it has good edge retention similar to Carbon Steel. It can be easy to resharpen this steel. Hardness 60-61HRC.
