About steel type:
AUS 10 steel is one of the popular stainless steels for kitchen knives. It is made by the Aichi Steel Corporation in Japan. It is easy to sharpen and has good edge retention, toughness, hardness, and corrosion resistance. AUS10 contains more carbon than AUS8 steel, so it has a better performance and edge retention than AUS8, enabling it to hold a sharper edge.

Use and Care:
- Do not attempt to cut, hit or chop frozen products or bones. The blade can chip or break.
- Hand wash with warm water and towel dry.
- Use a sharpening stone to maintain the sharpness of the blade.
- Do not use a dishwasher to clean your knife.
