Use & Precaution

The #500 grit is a coarse sharpening stone recommended for repairing damaged edges, restoring very dull knives, and initial edge shaping. This stone does not require soaking before use. Simply splash with water before sharpening and add more water as needed during use.

After use, allow the stone to dry completely before storing. Storing the stone while wet or damp may cause mould and reduce its lifespan.
