Use & Precaution

The #3000 grit is a fine sharpening stone recommended for refining the edge after a #1000 grit stone. It produces a sharper, smoother edge while maintaining excellent cutting performance. This stone does not require soaking before use. Simply splash with water before sharpening and add more water as needed during use.

After use, allow the stone to dry completely before storing. Storing the stone while wet or damp may cause mould and reduce its lifespan.
