This Mikazuki #1000 / #6000 Combo Sharpening Whetstone is a great all-in-one stone. Use #1000 for regular sharpening and #6000 for polishing.

Use & Precaution 
This stone does not require soaking before use. Sprinkle a little water only when sharpening.  After use, let the stone dry completely. Returning a stone into its box while still wet or damp will result in mould and might decrease the quality.
